3. Using the lace ribbon repeat steps 1 and 2.

5. Remove the pedals from all but one of the lilies. Choose the biggest most unique bloom to save for the middle of the bouquet.
6. Put glue on the bottom back of your lily pedal and gently press it to the outer edge of your cardboard circle. Repeat this step until you have gone completely around.
7. Moving in toward the center you will repeat the same process until the entire cardboard cutout is covered.
8. Turn the bouquet upside down and sit it on a glass (this will help to hold the flower while you cover the bottom).
9. Put glue on the bottom front of your lily pedal and gently press it to the outer edge of the bottom of the cardboard cutout. Repeat this step until you have gone completely around.
10. Moving in toward the center you will repeat the same process leaving enough room in the middle to attach the bouquet holder.
11. Run a bead of glue along the top edge of your bouquet holder and secure it to the bottom center of the bouquet. Let this dry adding more glue for security if necessary.
12. Take the saved lily bloom and put glue where the pedals meet the stem. Drop this into the top center of the bouquet. Let dry adding more glue if necessary
13. Take the broach and glue it to the center of the ribbon wrapped tube.

Rehearsal Dinner Dress
It seems that for many brides, their rehearsal dinner outfit is almost an afterthought in wedding planing. After making so many choices, it may be hard to confront yet another on.Unlike a wedding gown a rehearsal dress is more likely to express you and your own personal style. The first thing to keep in mind when looking for your rehearsal dinner outfit is what type of rehearsal dinner you will be having then look for an outfit that expresses you in a different way than your wedding dress does. If your wedding dress is traditional, look for a more sophisticated, contemporary rehearsal dinner dress. If your wedding dress is long-sleeved with a high neckline, look for a rehearsal dinner dress that's more revealing.

Easter Weekend Wedding
Today I’m inspired by our up coming holiday weekend, namely the hundreds of Easter flowers and decorations that line the shelves of the stores.! These bright cheery colors never fail to make me smile, no matter how long or tough a day I’ve had.
For this Easter weekend wedding board I have gone for a pastel toned color palette. I see this wedding as being a laid-back and informal afternoon wedding, with a real atmosphere of light hearted fun and happiness. I imagine the bride to wear tea length dress that still retains an air of formality, and would dress the men in soft shades of gray or tan.
I imagine a country barn like Pratt Place Inn and Barn as the perfect setting, and would probably arrange for an Easter egg hunt to keep children amused during the cocktail hour.Tulips, ranunculas, lily of the valley and daffodils would be used as the main flowers in the bouquets and decorations.

India ink and hot pink Wedding
Can you think of another color that’s more feminine than hot pink? Pair it with ink black, and it becomes classic, cool, daring, and even a little sexy.

My wedding : Flowers
I can’t stop thinking about the DIY bouquets that were featured on Project Wedding. They are so similar to what we will be using at my wedding this August I wanted to share. These beautiful bouquets are soft and romantic and incredibly easy to make.
You will need:
Around 10 stems of flowers including 3 large open blossoms, 1 stem of greenery, 1 stem of filler, and a mix of budded and open flowers in different shapes and sizes (pictured: 2 parrott tulips, 2 stems of ranunculus, 2 stems of mimosa, 3 stems muscari, 1 stem hyacinth). Other flowers that work well: roses, lisianthus, astiilbe, queen anne's lace, lily of the valley, and herbs. Finally, you'll need string, scissors, clippers, ribbon and a vase to hold bouquets.

Directions:
1. Strip most of the leaves off the flowers and cut the stems around 6 inches short.
2. Hold a few of the flowers in one hand and add flowers and greenery with the other hand, until the bouquet looks about right.
3. Tie with a string.
4. Trim the stems about 4 inches long.

A tip: When arranging the flowers, remember you can balance out one large flower with 3 smaller flowers.Another idea is to keep the larger, open flowers towards the bottom and the lighter flowers and buds towards the top of the bouquet.
